A message to our customers in the EU
Dear customers,
shipping to EU countries (excluding Germany) is suspended for the time being.
This is due to the EU packaging regulation and its implementation, which makes it basically impossible for a small company like we are, to serve your gaming hobby needs by sending sleeves, boxes or games to you.
We hope that this is only temporary and that the relevant authorities will quickly remove the bureaucratic and financial barriers that have been put in place and reopen the EU market to small businesses soon.
We are not happy about the situation but there is no alternative - we are forced to stop shipments within the EU, until, hopefully, market barriers are removed.
Let's hope for the best and keep on gaming!

Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer with currency "Euro" (using IBAN and BIC)
- PayPal
Payment method "Bank transfer" with currency "Euro" is free of charge.
Important:If you use any other currency than "Euro" for the bank transfer, we need to charge 12,50 € handling fee on top of your order.12,50 € is the exact amount that our bank charges to us for incoming non-Euro payments.
Payment method "PayPal" is free of charge.
Delivery within Germany
We use DHL for deliveries within Germany.
Purchases with a minimum order value of 25,00 € are sent free of charge within in Germany.

International Shipping
For shipment to destinations outside of Germany, we use "Deutsche Post" (for parcels up to 2kg)and "Deutsche Post DHL" (for parcels of 2kg and more).
Shipment fees for international deliveries are based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.
The weight of your order is calculated automatically, when you select the destination country.
The shipment fee for your order will be displayed to you in the "Shopping cart content".It will be shown again during checkout process.
